Consultations: Consist of One-on -one, 90/120 minute tele-health sessions that focus on, wellness communication, boundaries, intimacy and career. and life transitions.

Ages 17-65
Workshops are ,virtual, healing centered and culturally rooted for organizations and the everyday citizen, led by a licensed Therapist. Workshops for the everyday citizen consist of a 60/90 minute interactive experience to increase positive interactions, communication reconnection ,release and healing.

Organization training & mental health professional workshops consist of 90/120 minute sessions that promote, professional development, self-care rest and maintaining healthy relationships .
Committing to a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. These classes focus on the whole person (Mental, physical & social factors) using meditation, yoga and nutrition.
Lotus space provides, in-person and virtual 60 minute classes.. Lotus Space also brings mental health awareness to community events.
